Our 1-year warranty
Because we are not an authorized distributor, the manufacturer's warranty does not apply to the parts we sell. Instead, every product is covered by our own complimentary 1-year CMP Automate warranty.
What is covered
- Functional failure of the part under normal industrial operating conditions.
- Defects identified during our pre-shipment bench testing.
- New, used, refurbished and repaired units alike — the coverage period is the same.
What is not covered
- Damage from improper installation, wiring or operation outside rated specifications.
- Physical damage, water ingress, or modification after delivery.
- Consumable items and firmware/licensing obligations owed to the original manufacturer.
How to make a claim
Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. We will troubleshoot, and if the unit is covered we will repair, replace or refund it. Return shipping instructions are provided when a claim is approved.
