We want you to get the right part. If something isn't right, here's how returns and exchanges work.

Return window

Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery in the same condition they were received.
Start a return by contacting us with your order number — we will issue an RMA and return instructions.
On approved returns, return freight is on us — we send the label with your RMA.

Exchanges

Ordered the wrong revision or part number? We will help you exchange it for the correct unit and sort out any price difference.

Refunds

Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method once the unit is received and inspected. Custom-sourced and clearly non-returnable items are noted at the time of quote.
