Are you an authorized distributor?
No. We sell new, used and refurbished surplus and are not an authorized distributor for the brands we carry. Every product is backed by our own 1-year warranty instead of the manufacturer’s.
What condition are your parts?
We offer new, new open-box, refurbished and tested used units. The available conditions and pricing are listed on each product, and every unit is bench-tested before it ships.
How fast can I get a quote?
Most quotes go out the same business day. For line-down emergencies, call us and we will prioritize your request.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide via UPS, FedEx, DHL and freight forwarders. See the Shipping page for details.
Can you repair my failed unit?
Often, yes. Send us the brand, model and fault details from the Repair page and we will confirm whether we can repair it, with turnaround and pricing.
Do you buy surplus inventory?
We do. Send your list from the Sell Your Surplus page and we will make a fair offer, usually within one business day.
