Description
hydraulic sequence valve, a direct-acting, poppet-type screw-in cartridge valve with reverse free flow, internal pilot and external drain, material number 402AA00039A. A pressure-control (sequence) valve that controls the order of operations in a hydraulic circuit: inlet pressure rises until it overcomes the spring setting, then the spool/poppet shifts to open flow to the sequenced port, ensuring one actuator completes its stroke before flow is allowed to the next (classic clamp-then-cut sequencing). The integrated reverse free-flow check allows return flow without an external check valve, giving a compact single-cartridge solution; downstream (sequenced-port) pressure does not affect the valve setting. The 1PSC30 is the cartridge-only version (no housing); the 1PSC35 adds a housing. Flow capacity up to approx. 30 l/min. Model-code breakdown: 1PSC30 = direct-acting sequence valve, reverse free flow, internal pilot/external drain, cartridge (no housing); F = external adjustment (N = non-adjustable); 10 = pressure setting-range code; S = standard Buna-N (NBR) seals (V = Viton/FKM).
